DESCRIPTION
|
EUROCUT
333C is a Triazine free high oil content inherently stable soluble cutting
fluid which produces a milky to semi translucent emulsion when mixed with
water. Eurocut 333C contains extreme pressure additives to provide
superior performance on more difficult operations. |

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS |
Sawing,
turning, milling, drilling and threading. General purpose surface,
cylindrical and centreless grinding. |

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY |
Suitable
for machining a wide variety of materials including cast iron, mild
steels, stainless steels and other difficult alloys. |

WATER COMPATIBILITY |
Suitable
for a wide variety of water qualities with hardness values, typically
between 50 and 350 ppm. Eurocut 333C has a low foaming tendency. |

STORAGE
& HANDLING |
The
product should be stored under cover and protected from extreme
temperatures (above 0ºC and below 40ºC). Avoid water collecting in the
rim of upturned barrels. |

LIFE |
The
product has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of supply. |

PRODUCT
MIXING |
EUROPEAN
OIL COMPANY advise the use of automated mixing systems. If the fluid is to
be mixed manually, always add the concentrate to the water with maximum
agitation. The
emulsion strength should always be checked using a calibrated
refractometer. Details
