E.O.C. EUROGRIND 501

Description

Eurogrind 501 is a semi-synthetic water miscible Metalworking Fluid Concentrate. It is a low oil content Watermix Biostable for all general purpose machining operations.

Application

Eurogrind 501 has been formulated to possess low foaming characteristics even where low water hardness levels occur.

The extremely stable micro-emulsion produced by this fluid exhibits a very high level of biostability and corrosion inhibition.

Eurogrind 501 is very tolerant to high level contamination and the stable micro emulsion produced, provides for a very high level of usability to the cutting zone and excellent cooling and flushing characteristics.

Eurogrind 501 can be used on the majority of general machining operations on low to medium tensile ferrous and non-ferrous materials and is also suitable for use on Cast Iron.

Benefits

· 1. Good in Hard Water

· 2. Long Life

· 3. Grade Rationalisation

· 4 Excellent For Grinding

· 5 Nitrite-Free

Dosage Instructions

Eurogrind 501 is easily mixed at all dilutions. The correct mixing procedure is to add the oil to the water whilst stirring vigorously (never add water to the oil as this will cause problems with the emulsion).
