DESCRIPTION

European Oil 777 BMWis a high oil content, inherently stable, water soluble metal working fluid. It is designed for use in the most difficult hard waters whilst giving the maximum lubricity and corrosion protection of a high oil content product.

COMPATIBILITY

Suitable for machining a wide variety of materials including cast iron, mild steels, stainless steels and other easy to medium machinability materials

WATER

COMPATIBILITY

Suitable for a wide variety of water qualities with hardness values typically between 400 and 1000 ppm. European Oil 777 BMW will foam in softer waters.

HEALTH & SAFETY

STORAGE & HANDLING

The product should be stored under cover and protected from extreme temperatures (above 0ºC and below 40ºC). Avoid water collecting in the rim of upturned barrels.

SHELF LIFE

European Oil 777 BMW has a shelf of 12 months from the date of supply.

PRODUCT MIXING

European Oil advise the use of automated mixing systems. If the fluid is to be mixed manually, always add the concentrate to the water with maximum agitation.

The emulsion strength should always be checked using a calibrated refractometer.
