3. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Main hazards: Harmful by inhalation. Irritating to eyes, respiratory system and skin.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES (SYMPTOMS)
Skin contact: There may be mild irritation at the site of contact.
Eye contact: There may be irritation and redness.
Ingestion: There may be soreness and redness of the mouth and throat.
Inhalation: There may be irritation of the throat with a feeling of tightness in the chest.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES (ACTION)
Skin contact: Drench the affected skin with running water for 10 minutes or longer if substance is still on skin.
Eye contact: Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. Transfer to hospital for specialist examination.
Ingestion: If conscious, give 1 pint of water to drink immediately.
Inhalation: Remove casualty from exposure ensuring one's own safety whilst doing so.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Extinguishing media: Water. Dry chemical powder. Alcohol foam Foam Mist Do not use carbon dioxide.
Exposure hazards: In combustion emits toxic fumes.
Protection of fire-fighters: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Personal precautions: Refer to section 8 of SDS for personal protection details.
Environmental precautions: Do not allow large quantities to enter local drainage systems
Clean-up procedures: Neutralise with dilute hydrochloric acid testing with litmus paper periodically. Wash down the drain with large amounts of water.

Handling requirements: Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. Avoid direct contact with the substance.
Storage conditions: Store in cool, well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed.

Respiratory protection: Self-contained breathing apparatus must be used in handling.
